7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.

• Basic toiletries (starter kit) such as Toilet paper, Kitchen towels, Shampoo, Body Wash & Laundry detergent are provided free of cost
• Clean Towels and Linen are provided for all guests
• Unit is professionally cleaned between each stay. We follow extra cleanliness protocols to make sure guests are super comfortable
Guests staying for over 28 nights have access to all building amenities.
However, if for any reason, amenities are not available, we have no control over the situation.
