Bon Voyage is very concerned with safeguarding your Personal Information. When you enter particularly sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration or reservation forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The Bon Voyage entity responsible for your Personal Information under this Privacy Policy is defined as the “Steward.” The Steward of your Personal Information is based on the location of travel. Generally, if your stay is located in the United States or Mexico, the Steward of your Personal Information is Bon Voyage Living Corp. If your stay is located in Canada, the Steward of your Personal Information is Hospitalité Bon Voyage Canada Inc. If your stay is located outside of the United States, Mexico or Canada, the Steward of your Personal Information is Bon Voyage Technology B.V. Note that we reserve the right to replace the Steward of your Personal Information at any time and without notice.
