1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, basic toiletries, detergent, and coffee will be provided at the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies for the remainder of their visit.

Those looking to explore iconic Toronto attractions can find Queen's Park, the Royal Ontario Museum, the University of Toronto and much more within only a few minute walk. The CN tower, Rogers Centre and Ripley’s Aquarium is only a 10 minute drive/subway away.
Exploring Yorkville is best done on foot. If driving, there are many paid public parking lots along Cumberland Street or Yorkville Avenue. There are two nearby subway stations that can easily get you around the entire city of Toronto - Bay Station and Museum Station. There are also many city-run bicycle rental stations for those looking to explore on a bicycle!
