We thoroughly clean and disinfect each Bon Voyage property before and after every stay. We also offer self check-in and 24/7 guest support via our app, so you can limit in-person interactions.

1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

There are two nearby subway stations that can easily get you around the entire city of Toronto - Bay Station and Museum Station. There are also many city-run bicycle rental stations for those looking to explore on a bicycle!
