1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The primary bedroom includes a King size bed, walk in bathroom and full closet space along with a balcony.
The secondary bedroom includes a Queen size bed, full closet space and second bathroom directly outside the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs with an array of cooking utensils and basic spices.
The kitchen includes a coffee machine with coffee pods included for your use, a full fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The stylish living room space also includes a 60 inch television with complimentary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime streaming services and additional television channels.
Within the living room there is a designated work space with a full desk and chair, perfect for remote workers.
The condo includes a balcony. The unit also features a washing machine and dryer equipped with detergents for your laundry needs.
Parking can be arranged for $35 per night off site
Guests have full access to building amenities (gym, patio) but the amenities use may get restricted due to condo restrictions
