1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

• Basic toiletries (starter kit) such as Toilet paper, Kitchen towels, Shampoo, Body Wash & Laundry detergent are provided free of cost
• Clean Towels and Linen are provided for all guests
• Unit is professionally cleaned between each stay. We follow extra cleanliness protocols to make sure guests are super comfortable
• Parking can be arranged for $35 per night or $600 per month (subject to availability) or for valet parking $45 per night or $1K per month (subject to availability). Please note: While we offer a valet parking option, it is facilitated by the building staff, so we are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle (if a mishap takes place)
.Long term tenants (28 day booking) will have access to all building amenities including the gym, terrace, etc. However, please note that if for any reason amenities are closed, it’s not under our control.
