1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Privately controlled heating and air conditioning will keep you comfortable while you surf on ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi
A large master bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and icy memory foam mattress with soft luxurious linens. The bedroom window coverings are blackout s to ensure a restful snooze. Fantastic view from the bedroom of CN Tower and the lake. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, all travel essentials are taken care of for our guests (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel).
Living room den also comes with an office set up so you can work in peace while enjoying breathtaking views of downtown Toronto.
Private en-suite laundry: Whirlpool™ full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer. We also offer an iron, ironing board, laundry detergents, etc.
Our guests will have full access to the unit and one secured indoor parking spot ($35 per night and $450 per month, subject to advance booking and availability)
