Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The condo is furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... there's even a coffee table designed by Lenny Kravitz. Smart TV in the living room, perfect for entertainment.
You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. South west exposure with ample sun light for some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security.
There are 2 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds + couch for groups of 5 people.
2 full bathrooms with all toiletries provided.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans.

Guests are allowed to use all amenities in the building. Amenities include the outdoor space on the 6th floor, which has hot tubs, many lounge areas, BBQ's and sun decks. The gym is also on the 6th floor along with the mens/womens change rooms, saunas/showers, a tv lounge and quiet sitting areas. You will need to bring your keys/fobs to gain access to the common areas.
The western end of Queen (sometimes simply referred to as "Queen West") is now best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and visual arts. Over the past 25 years, it's become a major Toronto tourist attraction.
Public transit is close by... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station.
