1. First and foremost, please treat the property as if it was your own home.
2. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the premises will be fined.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
7. Please be mindful of your neighbours and avoid making noise after 11pm.
8. Lost keys/fobs incur a replacement fee.
9. Please do not move around any of the furniture.
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

• 1 bedroom + study with 1 full washroom, has a lot of natural light and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.
• The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattresses
• For a larger party, there is a sofa in the living room that can sleep 1 additional person
• A fully equipped kitchen
• En-suite laundry facilities, dishwasher
• High-speed wireless internet connection and IP tv (cable box with more than 2K channels)
• A 50” Large LED TV smart, large closet spaces.
• An Iron, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and several other daily kitchen appliances
• Basic toiletries (starter kit) such as Toilet paper, Kitchen towels, Shampoo, Body Wash & Laundry detergent are provided free of cost
• Clean Towels and Linen are provided for all guests
• Unit is professionally cleaned between each stay. We follow extra cleanliness protocols to make sure guests are super comfortable
. Easy parking options nearby. On-premise parking can be arranged (subject to availability) for $500 per month for self-parking and $800 for valet parking. Daily parking rates are $35 per night.
Guest will have access to all Building amenities. However, please note that if for any reason amenities are closed, it’s not under our control.
